Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped from our head quarters in Cairo via one of our courier services companies to anywhere in Egypt.

After you place an order, you will receive an email or SMS confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email or SMS notifications as we dispatch your order.

Our goal is always to ship your order as soon as possible, but depending on what time your order was placed and how busy we are, your order may take up to 5 business days to ship from the time you submit it.

Return Policy:

- Kindly check the Quality & color of the item upon arrival. You can return it to the courier at your doorstep if it’s not suitable and only cover the shipping fees in that case.

-Items can’t be refunded Nor exchanged after the courier leaves.
